Monkey Tail or 'Cola De Mono'
Ingredients for 8 People:

2 cups of milk
1 cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons of liquid espresso or a really strong coffee
1 cup of "Pisco", a regional brandy
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
¼ cup of sugar

Preparation:

1. Boil the milk with the cinnamon, sugar and coffee.

2. When the sugar has dissolved, take out the cinnamon stick and take the mix out of the stove to let it cool (do not refrigerate).

3. When the liquid is warm, add the oil and the nutmeg.

4. Once it's cold, cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator.

5. Serve chilled, but without ice.
