Sauza Golden Shrimp
Ingredients:
By Chef Carlos Fernandez of <a href="http://www.hilifecafe.com/" target="_blank"><FONT COLOR='#2864B4'>Hi-Life Café</font></a> (Four Servings) - 2 Tbsp of extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp of butter - 1 tsp. of barlic (minced) - 1 tsp. of shallots (minced) - bunch of cilantro (roughly chopped) - Splash of Brandy & Sauza Tequila - 16 medium shrimp (shelled with tails off) - 2 ears of fresh corn (shucked) - Salt & Pepper to Taste
Begin the celebration

Directions: Step 1
Melt butter in a large saucepan with the live olive oil. Add garlic and shallots and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2
Flambé with brandy and Sauza.

Step 3
Add shrimp and corn. Sauté for 5 minutes until shrimp are done. Toss in cilantro and season with salt & pepper.

Serve hot with a salted shot of Souza Gold Tequilla and garnish with limes.
